NSPJ’s Bill Prelogar Announces Retirement

NSPJ recently celebrated Bill Prelogar, who is retiring after 52 years at the firm. As the “P” in our name, he has contributed significantly to the growth and structure of the firm while deeply caring for the wellbeing of our team. He is known for combining design and distinct details into all the projects he worked on.

CORE Apartments.

A graduate of the University of Kansas, his first project for NSPJ was the Tuileries Apartments in Overland Park and from that first experience with high density housing, he was hooked for the rest of his career. While many of his projects have won accolades and awards, Bill says he cannot pick a favorite. His recent projects include CORE Apartments, River Market West II,Mission 106 and Summit Square Apartments.

River Market West II.

“Bill is a fountain of knowledge,” Tim Homburg, co-president of NSPJ, said. “He is a student of life and committed to learning, which in turn has been passed on to all of us here. We are extremely grateful.”

Mission 106.
