Summit Square Apartments

Summit Square Apartments is a multifamily community, located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri, composed of 308 units. The design philosophy behind this project was to provide a modern aesthetic that exudes luxury in every detail. A collection of one and two-bedroom apartment homes are spread across seven buildings. Upscale community amenities provide residents with a variety of options both indoor/outdoor for the ultimate living experience. The clubhouse includes a private television room, communal kitchen, 24-hour fitness center with on-demand yoga, salon/blow dry bar, dog wash room, conference room, and massage/therapy rooms. Outside, residents can relax in a zero-entry saltwater pool, poolside television area and outdoor fireplace. Furthermore, it is the perfect spot to enjoy dinner at the custom grilling center and entertainment pavilion. Covered parking and a dog park provide everything the modern tenant could desire.
