Westbrooke Green is a proposed horizontal mixed-use property located at the intersection of 75th Street and Quivira Road in Shawnee, Kansas. Upon completion, the project is planned to include approximately 100,000 sf of retail and/or office and over 300 multifamily units centered on a common green space. This will bring a fresh, new design concept to an outdated 200,000 square feet strip retail center.
