The Chadwick is located at the Northeast corner of the intersection at 75th Street and Quivira Road. This new community consists of three apartment buildings with a transitional design aesthetic which blends traditional and modern detailing and materials. A large center greenspace provides a refreshing focal point for the community and promotes the integrated nature of the overall development, which includes various retail establishments. This community brings new life to this part of the city of Shawnee – it will be a place where neighbors, friends and families can gather in a thriving new community.
The project consists of 345 market-rate apartment units, as well as two community guest suites. Residents enjoy more than 10,000 square feet of clubhouse amenities in the primary building with a view of the community’s center greenspace and a private tenant courtyard. Indoor amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, sport simulator, indoor mail, community lounges, co-work spaces, bicycle garage and repair lounge, and a dog wash center.
The Chadwick’s residents will also be served by many luxurious amenities such as a heated swimming pool, grilling area, pickleball court, onsite parking, dog park, large central greenspace for resident and public use, walking paths, and an interconnected and walkable community.
In partnership with Northpoint Development and Neighbors Construction, NSPJ Architects provided architectural design services, land planning and landscape design for the residential apartments.
