Trilogy

Located in Lee’s Summit, Mo., Trilogy is the third and final phase of a multifamily community. The fresh, contemporary design for this project works cohesively with the other phases, which include Summit Square Apartments and The Donovan.  

Trilogy is comprised of two buildings with a total of 323 units, with studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom models. Open floor plans, oversized closets, and high-end finishes help create spacious and luxurious living spaces for residents to enjoy. 

The black and white exterior of the buildings produces a sleek, contrasting look, adding to the contemporary aesthetic. A spacious, two-story clubhouse greets residents, with amenities that include a coffee bar and several areas to gather and enjoy community. The clubhouse’s trend-setting amenities include a fitness center, rock climbing wall, yoga studio, spa, golf simulator, podcast recording studio, zoom rooms, co-working space, and library. Unique to this location is a mini–market, where groceries and other products will be available, providing an experience of ultimate convenience for residents. 

The courtyard’s resort-style amenities offer various options for relaxation, including a saltwater pool with a sun deck, alongside a fire pit lounge and outdoor grilling area for entertaining poolside. A pickleball court and viewing area will provide exercise and enjoyment for modern, active residents.
