Hallbrook East Village

Hallbrook East Village is located on 114th and State Line in Leawood, Kansas.  The villa community is a French Normandy architectural design with brick façades and tile roofs. There are three standard home designs for the community but are all available to be customized. The landscape architecture for the community is reflective of the high quality within the Hallbrook East Village.  Design Standards were developed to ensure low maintenance and longevity.  NSPJ has a long-standing tradition of design with the Hallbrook team. Among many custom homes, we have also designed the remodels of the Hallbrook Pool and Fitness Center, Banquet Hall, and Heritage Dining Hall.
