The Hallbrook East Village Land Plan is the third and final phase of the Hallbrook neighborhood. Located on 114th and State Line in Leawood Kansas, Hallbrook East Village is a maintenance provided community. The 33 lots are distributed over 8.62 acres and are zero-lot line single-family home sites. Stormwater management and green-space were thoughtfully incorporated to create small contemplative areas outside the individual home sites throughout the site. The landscape, entry monuments, surrounding low wall, fence, and columns were designed to look cohesive with the rest of the Hallbrook development and represent the high-quality Hallbrook is known for. Special attention was given to provide as much privacy as possible from the surrounding roads. NSPJ provided the design of the land planning, entry monuments, community green spaces, landscape as well as the Architecture for 3 customizable home plans being built in the Hallbrook East Village.
