NSPJ has been involved with CityPlace since it’s inception for Block Real Estate Services. We provided design services to obtain city approvals from preliminary design through completion of construction for the streetscapes, entry monuments, buffer landscape, BMP’s, stream way restoration, and phase I multifamily (The Royale at CityPlace) .
