The Johnson County Post reports that the Overland Park City Council approved the Stratford Square Townhomes proposal, a 29-unit development planned for a vacant 2-acre site at the corner of 71st Street and Metcalf Avenue. Designed by NSPJ Architects in collaboration with developer KOENIG Building + Restoration, the project features two-story townhomes across five buildings, with private drives, attached garages and site planning tailored to complement the surrounding residential neighborhoods.
