Featured on the cover of Kansas City Homes & Style, this Refined Cottage began as a remodel before pivoting to a custom new build. With a young family, the client worked closely with NSPJ to create a home that felt natural and rustic but included modern touches such as the NanaWall system, for the perfect indoor/outdoor living. The owners love the versatility of how the home can be opened to the outside, and expand the space when entertaining. This forever home was designed to work with their current busy lifestyle, but was also designed to accommodate the owners later for years to come.
