Bellmont Promenade has officially been approved for rezoning by the City of Shawnee, Kansas. This project is located at the southwest corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Maurer Road. The residential portion of the project will be scaled down and allow for an additional commercial pad site. Additionally, there will no longer be plans for a mixed-use portion.
