NSPJ helped Ashner Construction secure approval for the re-zoning from the City of Overland Park in 2020 through our land planning graphics & design presentations at multiple city & neighborhood meetings. The development features mature, established trees on all side of the property, and is planned to include 75 custom single-family homes and an amenity center. The trees not only will provide a beautiful view for the community to enjoy, but also serve as a natural noise reduction buffer for the community and adjacent neighbors. Special care was given to maintain these trees for future residents and adjacent neighbors.
