Village at Aspen Place in Flagstaff, Arizona, is a high-density mixed-use development designed to blend in seamlessly with existing retail spaces and reflects the history and character of the site, which was formerly an old western mining town. A streetscape and interior courtyards were incorporated to achieve high density without sacrificing human relatability. This tight infill site required work to be staged with careful precision.
