Union Park Development

Union Park is a luxury, mixed-use development in the early stages of construction in Fort Collins, Colo. The community features live-work units, which include contemporary style of architecture for multifamily housing and a retail block that has a daycare and premium office space.  

Union Park offers three types of living: apartments, townhomes and carriage homes. Each unit has a walk-in closet, sit-in kitchen bar and private balconies, with some units having a large loft area. Carriage homes and townhomes have tuck-under garages, with townhomes having a first story flex space that can be used as a family room or office.  

The development includes a variety of resort-like amenities such as a pool, multiple green spaces to gather and a clubhouse with a pet spa area, golf simulator, community meeting area and state-of-the art fitness center. 

The first phase of this project is expected to be completed in 2028. There will be 457 multifamily units and 136 single-family units.
