Ultimate Outdoor Entertaining

To create the ultimate outdoor entertaining oasis on a steep site at Lake of the Ozarks, our landscape architects have a puzzle to solve.  Our team collaborated with the client, architect, civil engineer, and contractors to create an experience that draws you in from the lake up to the home.

The client requested to have an open flow from the interior to the outdoor space.  One of the design elements to create this ambiance was to incorporate similar flooring and finishes.  A fireplace above and a bar below are tied together with a stone corner element that creates a unique focal point in the architecture. Golf cart access to the storage areas and lake were also possible with close analysis of the topography.

Planned features include a pool where guests can play volleyball and basketball games, custom island bar embellished with a frozen machine, under-counter refrigerator, icemaker, grill and smoker.  The additions of a firepit and distinctive metal art panels ensures a relaxing, party environment while maximizing views to the lake.
