An exterior composition of steep gabled rooflines, charming dormers and carriage-style garage doors creates a welcoming streetscape.  

The open floor plan cultivates an inviting atmosphere on the main level, with oversized cased openings guiding movement through each space while creating a sense of definition and intimacy. High ceilings throughout the home further enhance the openness, with a vaulted two-story foyer. In the entry, natural light pours through the second-story dormer windows, illuminating the main living area before cascading down the staircase to the walkout lower level, where additional living spaces, a private office and secondary bedrooms create welcoming accommodations for family and guests. 

Designed with accessibility as a priority, the main level also includes the primary suite and a guest suite with a private bathroom, wide doorways and a roll-in shower.
