The Nineteen offers luxury lake living and an enhanced waterfront experience to the Lake of the Ozarks. The project features upscale villas ranging from 2,400 to 5,850 square feet, along with a waterfront ship store, boathouse and restaurant. The shoreline includes slips and docks that seamlessly blend with the residences and provide convenient water access to create a welcoming experience for residents and the broader lakeside community.
Elevated living starts at the entrance of the development, with striking entry monuments that serve as an artistic representation of Mile Marker 19 at the lake, featuring a lakeshore cutout that reflects the natural landform. These defining elements of creativity begin at the entrance and continue throughout the property, enhancing the points natural beauty.
One of the challenges of the land plan was managing significant grade changes, from the waterfront to each of the villas. Our team used retaining walls to create privacy among residences and address the varying elevations throughout the development.
Each villa in the development features stunning lakefront views and vaulted ceilings. The exteriors echo the natural environment showcasing, limestone, veneer, wood siding, and metal roofing. Contemporary windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the modern mountain-style interiors and warm food finishes.
