Sundance Ridge Land Plan

Set on 396 acres in South Overland Park, Sundance Ridge is comprised of three neighborhoods:  Big Sky, Red Fox Run and Arches Landing.  By reconfiguring the lots and streets, our landscape architects were able to expand the green space, add pocket parks to each product type, & overall increase the density and number of lots for the development. A network of trails connects the residents and a collection of park sites. Sundance Ridge Amenity Center  is a forward-thinking amenity package unlike anything else available in Johnson County.  We were able to achieve approval of the preliminary plan in Overland Park by working closely with the civil engineer and owner to create a presentation that clearly described the reason and need for the change.
