Because of the successful partnership between NSPJ and Rodrock Development, they looked to us to expand their project types into the multifamily arena.  After the site was analyzed, NSPJ determined the most beneficial type of residence to add to the existing single family and duplex homes was multifamily.  We were able to redesign the site to include additional units allowing more green space. The teams went in front of the City of Olathe for rezoning and a preliminary plan with a positive staff report and was awarded approval from the Planning Commission and the City Council.

Stonebridge big house style apartments will be designed as two-story buildings with 8 – 12 units each. To ensure that the apartments will feel like a spacious homes, each include an attached garage, and the larger units will have two spaces available for use.  Entry gates and fences surrounding the community serve as a buffer from the nearby school.

A clubhouse, pool, grill area, playground, and a pond with water features are specifically placed where residences can rejuvenate and relax.  Walking trails intertwined throughout the community provide connectivity and an active lifestyle for residents.   Construction will start in fall of 2022.
