Stealth Hotel

The Stealth Hotel will be the first new-build hotel on the grounds of Kansas City International Airport since 1974. The vision would bring 165 room property positioned near KCI’s recently expanded terminal, creating a world-class experience for visitors to the metropolitan. 

The hotel’s sleek design pays homage to flight, creating the sensation of a plane passing through the clouds. By focusing subtle lighting around the building’s “wings,” which extend with sleek lines from the roof, the effect emulates the feeling of uplift and movement. It’s innovative architecture that also creates art. 

The hotel design includes luxury amenities such as a pool, fitness center, restaurant, bar and flexible meeting space to deliver an elevated and modern airport lodging experience. Pending approvals, the project is anticipated to break ground by early fall, positioning the hotel for a 2028 opening.
