The Residences at Boardwalk Phase II will add an additional 177 units in a mixture of three-story urban-style buildings and two-story townhomes with construction starting in the summer of 2018. These buildings will share the same amenities with Phase I and will be appointed with the same luxurious finishes. Phase II is expected to be complete in fall of 2019.
The Phase III, Boardwalk mixed-use building will be Bixby’s first six-story vertically stacked mixed-use project. The first floor will have a combination of 7,500 square feet of boardwalk fronted, lakeside retail/restaurant tenants and nine loft-style townhomes. The upper four floors will have an additional 96 luxurious studio, one bedroom & two bedroom apartment homes. Phase III is currently in the design development stage with planned construction in the fall of 2018.
The Phase IV, Boardwalk Retail, will add 10,000 square feet of in-line and drive-thru retail/restaurants and self-storage units. An office component is also planned for the development.
