Located just south of the Country Club Plaza, this signature group of six houses overlooking Brush Creek is a prime example of formal French provincial design. These free-standing homes share the same vernacular, but with a unique design – no two are alike. To make the best use of the site space, a “Z-line” plane was used, wherein the homes are slightly angled toward the edge of the property line, rather than perpendicular to it. The courtyard entry of each home is gracious while also providing privacy.
