Peña Station South Community

Located in Denver, Peña Station is a luxury multifamily community that features 32 buildings with four penthouse units in each with a total of 300 apartments. The community, designed in a contemporary architecture style, also offers townhouses. The design allows for large windows to showcase the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. 

In addition, several units in Peña Station feature integrated street front patios that have direct access to the city’s sidewalks.  Amenities in the community include a resort-like pool, clubhouse, state-of-the art gym and workout facilities and fire pit area. In addition, several townhouse units have tuck-under two-car garages. 

The first phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2027.
