Architecture

The award-winning Oread Hotel sits atop Mt. Oread, adjacent to the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence, Kan. The building’s style and its use of limestone tie back to the architecture of the historic buildings on campus. A true mixed-use building, this 10-story facility encompasses the hotel, convention space, retail space, a restaurant, bar, outdoor terrace and private condominiums over four levels of underground parking.
