Located off of I-435 and Highway 45, Old Town at Creekside, is a three-story mixed-use development in Parkville, Missouri. It is comprised of two buildings with 100 units above one-story of retail space. The design approach for this project is to create a suburban-style Power & Light District. For that reason, a stage is designed to be in the middle of the two buildings to broadcast national or local sports games. Moreover, the architectural-style of this portion of the development is a historical, classical-style while at the same time making a clean and simple use of materials. Additionally, NSPJ designed the The Meadows at Creekside which is a part of the larger concept of Creekside Developments.
