NSPJ was hired to bring first-class, resort-style amenities to the newest Rodrock Homes development. Located at 157th & Mission Road in Overland Park, Kan., Mission Ranch has convenient access to top-notch schools, shopping and entertainment destinations.
The 2,840 square foot clubhouse provides a modern ranch aesthetic with an extended metal roof that includes an indoor-outdoor fireplace for community gatherings. Inside, the clubhouse will feature a fitness center and a kitchen/bar area for a casual gatherings or planned events.
Other site amenities include a bocce ball court, sport court, covered picnic shelter, playground and a zero-entry pool with waterfall features and a water slide.
