Mission Ranch Amenity Center

NSPJ was hired to bring first-class, resort-style amenities to the newest Rodrock Homes development.  Located at 157^th & Mission Road in Overland Park, Kansas, Mission Ranch is ideally located with convenient access to top-notch schools, shopping, & entertainment destinations.

Architecture
The 2,840 square foot clubhouse provides a modern ranch aesthetic with an extended metal roof that includes an indoor-outdoor fireplace for community gatherings. Inside, the clubhouse will feature a fitness center and a kitchen/bar area for a casual gatherings or planned events.

Landscape Architecture
The site amenities include a bocce ball court, sport court, covered picnic shelter, playground, and pool with zero-entry, waterfall features, water slide, and shallow ledge.
