Mills Farm

The land plan and streetscape are designed to promote a sense of family and community pride through its connectivity of trails, landscaped open space, and roadways that allow a seamless neighborhood of different home types. The horse sculptures run, jump, and play along the entry boulevard while important intersections are accentuated by horse sculptures of mare and colts. 

The Mills Farm clubhouse has been designed to feel like a high-end custom home. Doubling as the sales office, it immediately sets high standards for the community. NSPJ Architects also provides architectural control for the development to preserve quality design throughout.
