This Midcentury Contemporary masterpiece takes advantage of its location to offer seamless transitions between the inside and outside with four patios, with stunning views of the neighborhood and Country Club Plaza, creating beautiful space for entertaining guests and family.

The clients loved midcentury architecture, which required careful proportions on this long and flat lot. The staircase serves as the spine of the home, connecting three levels of living with the open, floating stairs. An efficient, open concept style with large windows throughout brings beautiful, natural light to the warm space. The kitchen opens to a large seating and living areas. On the same level is a covered, outdoor patio, with a natural flow between the interior and exterior. The main office opens to a patio, maximizing light with a glass enclosure and the sense of openness.

On the top floor, a full bar area opens up through a sliding window to the large roof deck, which spans the width of the house. The rooftop deck features a fire pit and incredible views of the Plaza’s skyline.
