Loch Lloyd

For more than 30 years, NSPJ architects and landscape architects have partnered with the developers of the Loch Lloyd community, guiding the landscape and architectural vision that has shaped the development over time. 

The recently designed the north and west entrances into the community greets residents with landscaping and monument structures in a classic style that continues throughout the development. A variety of trees frame the community, fostering serenity and providing natural privacy for residents. 

Our landscape architects also led the landscape design for the Sechrest and Cove neighborhoods within the Loch Lloyd development. The Cove includes 18 lots arranged around a cohesive landscape approach defined by seasonally timeless colors and varied plant textures. Similar plantings extend into Sechrest, where trees again border the back of the properties and reinforce the idyllic environment that has become a defining aspect of the community. 

Across the development, landscape plans were crafted with longevity in mind. Designs prioritize aesthetics that complement both each home individually and the continuity of the community as a whole, while integrating plantings that can endure harsh Midwest weather changes.
