The mission from these world-traveling clients was to create a design that blends minimalist modern aesthetics with transitional overtones while maximizing the views from the property, capturing and harvesting the natural light.
The architectural design includes large windows and high ceilings throughout the design take advantage of the beautiful views, while maximizing on the light throughout the home. The large upper and main floor terraces create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The lower level offers plenty of entertainment areas with a wet bar, gym, playroom, office and guest suite, as well as a golf simulator.
