Lake Lotawana Getaway

Situated directly on Lake Lotawana, this new home was designed to take advantage of its prime location. Stone and wood were used to create a comfortable, relaxed environment. A summer kitchen opens up on the lake, and the exterior wall can be folded up or down as the weather changes. The door of the summer kitchen matches the windows to create a seamless look when the kitchen is closed. Natural rock croppings were maintained and integrated into the overall landscape design. A small stone storage house was grandfathered in to the design, and each of the steps in the path from the house to the dock was individually placed by hand.
