Kirkwood Townhomes is a luxury townhouse project with three buildings, each containing three units. It is located in a mixed-use neighborhood south of the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. Each unit has a minimum of two bedrooms with large open living spaces and a large rear terrace over a two-car garage. The buildings are compatible with the neighborhood streetscape and consist of a traditional walk-up brick facade with gated and landscaped courtyards.
