Located at 39th and Roanoke streets, this new mixed-use development by Hickok-Dible is a stylish modern living solution in the West 39th Street District, a vibrant corridor packed with small local businesses. Restaurants, shopping and entertainment options sit within walking distance, allowing residents to be immersed in Kansas City’s urban culture.

The project’s design draws inspiration from New Orleans, with thin French-style terrace columns reminiscent of the balconies along Bourbon Street. Mansard roofs extend over the top floor, creating the illusion that the building is shorter than it is, as if it consists of three stories with a roof rather than four stories. The main entry corner features a dramatic expanse of glass windows with views of the historic Loretto across the street.

The building will contain 73 apartment units, consisting of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom + den and two-bedroom, along with approximately 1,200 square feet of retail space. The building will also feature a clubhouse, fitness center, rooftop terrace and an inner courtyard with outdoor grilling and gathering areas.

A secure parking garage located under the building will contain 73 parking spaces, along with 40 spaces for bike storage, creating an experience of ultimate convenience for cyclists, drivers and pedestrians.
