Hamptons-Style Remodel

In this extensive remodel, the relationship of the in-ground pool to the main house was the inspiration for a “Hamptons” feel. Every room in the house was updated, the kitchen being the most significant example. The kitchen island was relocated to provide extra storage space and a better flow. A butler’s pantry was added and lighting was placed strategically to provide both utility and beauty without being obtrusive. A sun room was located adjacent to the pergola and outdoor stone fireplace to provide options for entertaining and relaxing. The home’s upper deck boasts a view of the Hallbrook Country Club golf course.
