This beautiful and unique estate is inspired by the Hamptons and offers spacious living that matches the client’s lifestyle, while boasting stunning views of the private pond and pool for this more than 10,000 square foot residence.

Details throughout the estate elevate its elegance for bespoke luxury. The residence was situated on the property so that the front porch rotunda offers the best views of the large private pond for the clients to enjoy. The front entry gates and the front drive set the estate apart, with specialty paving leading to a circular drive and fountain at the front of the residence.

The interior rooms are varied, and feature a high-vaulted ceiling, stone fireplace and bay windows in the great room, a circular breakfast area, and dormers in the pitches of the roof to maximize light and create interesting ceiling details.

The pool and outdoor patio, placed on axis with the lower level of the residence, flow seamlessly with the home for indoor-outdoor living. Due to the topography of the estate, the pool and terrace were set on different levels with the outbuilding at the edge of the lake serving as a focal point in the distance. The hot tub, on the lower level, gives the clients privacy, while also offering views of the property. The thoughtful landscaping provides further privacy buffers for this prominent lot.
