The “L” shape of the original banquet space created challenges for event planning, seating, food service, and entertainment. To create a space that was both beautiful and adaptable, the room was expanded into an octagonal shape, which allows for every seat in the room to be a good seat. The French doors that members were fond of in the previous space were reincorporated as divisions on movable wall partitions. A full service wet bar was added for the convenience of both staff and guests, along with a wine cellar room for storing wine and hosting smaller events. The banquet room provides an unrivaled view of the Hallbrook Golf Course.

The Heritage Dining Room is the culinary epicenter of the Hallbrook Country Club, from which all food for the club is prepared and where members of all ages can dine in a casual yet elegant space. Different seating types (tables, booths, high tables) were incorporated to accommodate member preferences. Guests are greeted with a frosted glass feature window with an abstract “H,” reflecting the club’s history as well as its modern relevance.
