Planned in three phases, Granby Townhomes offers three- and four-bedroom floor plans designed to provide an elevated living experience defined by both style and low-maintenance functionality.  

Based in Kansas City, Mo. this multifamily community sits on a unique plot, requiring the property’s natural topography to inform a unique grading strategy, with select units featuring stepped entries while others sit flush with the site. The street flow was strategically planned to reduce traffic impacts and create a seamless arrival and departure experience for residents.

Landscape monuments at the entry were redesigned to reflect a more modern aesthetic than the existing Spanish-style monuments, setting the tone for the contemporary design found throughout the community. The interiors feature a modern kitchen, clean finishes and wood flooring, balancing style and functionality. Each unit also includes a single-car garage and a finished basement, with select residences offering walkout or daylight basements in response to grading conditions.
