Located in Knoxville, Tenn., this five-story multifamily community is uniquely inspired by the prairie-style architecture typically reserved for single-family homes. Large roof overhangs and battered stone walls at the clubhouse entrance characterize this design, with the integrated clubhouse featuring high, coffered ceilings to maximize natural light in the space.
Gleason maximizes natural light in its 250 units with large windows. Residents also will enjoy a variety of deluxe amenities, such as a resort-like pool, cabanas, pickleball courts, dog park and rooftop deck for community gatherings.
Construction will begin in fall 2024, with completion projected in late 2026.
