Located in Overland Park, Kansas, this beautiful spec home was created with J.S. Robinson Fine Homes. The objective was to develop a new 1.5 story house that feels spacious and stays within the budget requirements of the homeowner. Uniquely, we collaborated with the builder to design a plan that appeals to today’s homebuyer while maintaining a balanced, human-scale exterior.
