Forest View Townhomes

The Forest View Townhomes in Olathe, Kan., is a 72-unit townhome community designed for a wide range of lifestyle needs.  

The townhomes are designed to offer a single-family living experience within a multifamily community. The four-plexes and six-plexes include 2- and 3-bedroom layouts, each with 2.5 bathrooms. Expansive windows and open-concept living areas anchor the interior, maximizing sunlight and views of the trees along 119th Street. The site’s sloped terrain presented a challenge that ultimately informed a solution of varying lower-level design in each unit, offering full, daylight and walkout basements. Each townhome also includes a private patio or deck and an attached single-car garage. 

The project, developed with Rodrock Development, includes at least one unit with a primary bedroom on the ground floor in each building, providing easy accessibility for the residents. Beyond the homes, the development includes several community-focused amenities, including picnic and seating areas, shared lawn spaces and a connected trail system.
