Domain at City Center

Domain at City Center is a 370,399 gross square footage multi-use development in Lenexa, Kan. Two hundred apartment units across four-stories are wrapped around a central amenity court consisting of a pool, bocce court, BBQ grilling area and several gathering spaces.

Additionally, the apartments wrap around a five-story parking garage on three sides. This design serves residents’ needs while also fitting in seamlessly with the predominantly commercial surrounding buildings.

The apartment community occupies a prominent site at Lenexa City Center, a large multi-use development that includes offices, retail, restaurants, a health club, civic center, aquatic center, city government office and park space. It occupies all four quadrants of the intersection of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard, just west of I-35 in Lenexa, Kansas.
