The Denton Apartments

The Denton Apartments, in Kansas City, Missouri is the second phase of the multi-family living at Burlington Creek Shopping Center. We were tasked with providing a new 154-unit multifamily building that would blend seamlessly to neighboring mixed-use building, The Denton. The design is a four-story building over a concrete podium parking garage and an internal courtyard with a pool and patio amenity area. Moreover, the building is 235,000 square feet and offers a mix of one and two-bedroom units. Some of the larger units offer uniquely large window arrays and generous views. The architectural style is a blend of urban and suburban influences, as the building seeks to complement the surrounding suburban context. Furthermore,  it brings a new sense of urban mixed-use lifestyle to the area.
