Core II is a modern mixed-use building along the scenic Berkely Riverfront, with 153 apartment units and more than 4,000 square feet of retail space.
The six-story building has a sleek, contemporary aesthetic designed to complement the neighboring Core I Apartments, with a white and black brick, vintage spruce wood and charcoal gray metal exterior.
The apartment units consist of studio, one bedroom and two bedrooms, each with an open floor plan, high ceilings and picture windows that create a light and spacious environment.
The building’s luxurious amenities include a fitness center, a podcast recording room, a coffee lounge and a shared kitchen space. The second floor is home to the wellness center, complete with a sauna, steam room and cold plunge.
One of the building’s unique highlights is the rooftop deck, which features an outdoor theater, firepit and grilling area for residents to gather and entertain as they take in stunning views of the Missouri River and downtown Kansas City skyline.
Construction is expected to be completed in fall 2026.
