This home is designed with entertaining in mind, full of thoughtful details throughout to create spaces for friends and family to enjoy, both inside and outside, with four bedrooms, a six-car split garage and terraces on multiple levels.
The home’s dramatic entry features free floating stairs that opens up to a catwalk that overlooks the foyer. A chef’s kitchen, with wine storage and a bulter’s pantry opens to the dining room. The great room features a freestanding fireplace that wraps around to the stairs leading to the lower level. On the lower, a large family room and rec room provide multiple areas to gather and entertain, with a bar, island pantry. The challenge for the designer was to create a cozy atmosphere on a large scale.
The top level includes vaulted ceilings, a full bar and recreation/media. A large, covered roof terrace offers privacy and opens up to another terrace with views of the back of the lot.
