Centropolis on Grand is a 56-unit residential building on a formerly vacant lot in the River Market neighborhood of downtown Kansas City, Missouri. Named for the hotel that occupied the opposite corner from 1880-1940, Centropolis seamlessly integrates with the existing historical streetscape while also infusing the neighborhood with vitality and light. Private balconies in each unit, along with a spacious interior courtyard, provide residents with ample outdoor space in a bustling urban environment.
