Carnegie Village Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is a single-story, 78-bed skilled nursing facility addition. It was designed adjacent to the existing Carnegie Village AL/IL community. This skilled nursing facility addition completed the Continuing Care Retirement Community continuum of care offerings at the facility. The layout focused around shortened walking paths, unique communities and providing ample natural light for more of a residential feel to the design.
