Arrive KC Apartments

ArriveKC is a multifamily community in Midtown Kansas City that will allow residents easy access to the expansion of the streetcar in this midpoint stop between downtown and the Country Club Plaza. The 537,831 sq. ft. building will coincide with the streetcar expansion and allow residents to be the midpoint between stops downtown and in the plaza. 

The community seamlessly combines two styles of architecture, with a forward-thinking modern design to the north and a nod to historical urban living and warehouse design to the south. This approach serves to break up the expansive building that spans nearly an entire block. It also offers stunning views of the Kansas City downtown skyline and landmarks such as the WWI Museum. 

The complex balances urban density with amenities well, with two interior courtyards and a variety of amenities such as a deluxe fitness area, heated saltwater pool, pickleball court, grilling areas and a 14,000 square foot clubhouse. The project is expected to be completed in 2027.
