Arris Pizza

NSPJ acted as the kitchen designer for the Lenexa, Kansas location of Jefferson City, Missouri-based Arris Pizza. For the Lenexa location, NSPJ created a unique design that also complied with brand and store layout standards. Working with the restaurant owner, the equipment layout and adjacencies were configured to provide maximum kitchen efficiencies and comply with all ordinances and health codes. The interior design creates a modern yet warm environment with a more upscale feel than a typical local casual restaurant. Intimate spaces were incorporated throughout a voluminous space to provide patrons with different dining options.

The restaurant is located in a recently renovated shopping center, requiring adjustments to the design to work with the new conditions. The existing space was retrofitted with an added large grease interceptor to comply with local regulations and the sprinkling system was upgraded.
