Alpha Gamma Delta

Pittsburg, Kansas

Landscape Architecture

The Epsilon Kappa Chapter of Alpha Gamma Delta, an international women’s fraternity at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas was chartered on October 3, 1959.  The Alpha Gamma Delta (AGD) house current facility was built in 1950 and has had multiple additions added throughout the years. Due to the age of the facility and growing maintenance concerns, the AGD Housing Corporation will be tearing down and rebuilding a new facility starting this summer with a move-in in the fall 2019.  This elegant neo-classical example of Georgian Colonial architecture is typical of the graceful, residential style homes that AGD provides its members.
