Andrea joined NSPJ Architects in 2007 after several years in Operations at UPS. She holds a SHRM-SCP credential, has her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Kansas. At KU, she was a five-time All American in Track & Field as a pole vaulter and competed in the Olympic Trials. Andrea has a background in operations, HR, computer programming and IT, and a love for math. She currently oversees all business office operations, accounting, insurance, retirement plans, benefits administration, compliance, HR, and creating and implementing the strategies for the firm. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Harley’s Owners Group (HOG), and is an avid motorcyclist, a photographer, an embroiderer and dabbler in photoshop.
